We practice responsive, relationship-based care, meaning we watch for your child's unique cues, ask what they might be communicating, and adapt our response to meet them where they are. Before we wipe a nose, we say, 'I'm going to wipe your nose now.' During diaper changes, we narrate what's happening with respect and gentleness.
